Which nozzle is suitable for my filament?
CF and GF filaments require a wear-resistant nozzle. A standard nozzle is generally suitable for unfilled PLA and PETG. Follow the product recommendation and your printer manufacturer’s guidance.
Do I need to dry the filament?
Drying depends on the material and storage conditions. Follow the guidance for your filament; vacuum packaging does not replace material-specific drying. Store opened spools airtight with desiccant.
How does the volume discount work?
It is automatic: save 5% from 2 spools, 10% from 3 and 15% from 6. Mix materials and colours; the discount applies to the total eligible spool quantity in the cart, with no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
See the delivery time on each product. Filaments ordered in for you take approximately 7–14 business days. Premium preparation adds 1–2 business days. For mixed orders, the longest delivery time may apply.
How do returns work?
