Shipping Policy

Delivery area

We deliver within Germany and to countries that can be selected as a delivery destination during checkout in our online shop.

If a country cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently offer regular online-shop delivery to that country.

Carriers

We use a suitable carrier depending on the delivery address, parcel size, weight, type of goods, availability and other shipping circumstances.

In particular, we use:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • GLS
  • Hermes

NEXT Filaments generally selects the carrier. There is no entitlement to a particular carrier unless a specific shipping method was expressly agreed at checkout.

After dispatch, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available for the shipment.

Shipping costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed in the online shop and at the latest during checkout before the customer submits a binding order.

Shipping is free within Germany from €75 order value and to the rest of the European Union from €125 order value. The order value after discounts applies.

Delivery times

The delivery time applicable to a product is shown on its product page or during checkout.

Orders containing items with different delivery times may be shipped together. In that case, the longest stated delivery time generally applies unless a partial delivery is made.

We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays and public holidays unless the relevant carrier offers a corresponding service.

Partial deliveries

We may make partial deliveries where reasonable for the customer.

Additional shipping costs arising from a partial delivery arranged by us will not be charged to the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, statutory provisions apply to reshipment.

Parcel lockers, parcel shops and special addresses

Delivery to parcel lockers, parcel shops or similar collection points is possible only if the address is supported by the carrier used for the order.

Where delivery to such a collection point is expressly offered during checkout, the customer may select it.

Transfer of risk for consumers

Statutory provisions on transfer of risk apply to consumers.

In particular, where we arrange shipment, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes only when the goods are handed to the consumer or a third party authorised by them to receive the goods.

Transport damage

We ask customers to report obvious transport damage to the delivery driver as soon as possible and to inform us.

Failure to follow this request does not affect the customer’s statutory rights, particularly statutory rights concerning defects.

Delivery delays

If dispatch or delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer insofar as we have the relevant information.

The customer’s statutory rights in the event of a delivery delay remain unaffected.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees.

These may be charged by the relevant authorities in the destination country and are payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
